UKCC Coach Licencing Scheme

Dear Coach

TTS are introducing a new UKCC Coach Licensing Scheme commencing

September 2015. This will safeguard coaches and allow clubs / councils/ schools
/ etc. to check coaches are nationally accredited to safely work as a Table Tennis
Coach.

How will this work?

The current coach affiliation scheme that insures coaches will be integrated into
the new licence scheme. (A copy of our insurance policy can be found on our
website).

There will be 5 boxes to complete

UKCC LEVEL - Date-

SAFEGUARDING COURSE Venue- Date-
PVG CHECK Date-
FIRST AID Date-
CPD ATTENDANCE Type - Date-

To acquire a licence please complete the Coach Licence Form and include a
cheque for 5 (single venue) 25 (multi venue) for 2015/16. Please note only
UKCC and SAFEGUARDING AND PROTECTING CHILDREN COURSE require to be
completed to receive your licence.

Local Sports Development departments run Safeguarding courses but if you are
finding this difficult to attend please contact your TTS REGIONAL ORGANISER
who will contact TTS to arrange a convenient course in your area.
