EXT. CELL'S WORLD NEAR THE FOG - DAY

EWS - CAMERA 1 - DOLLY IN
Camera zooms in cell's world showing the viewer its
environment and structure.

NARRATOR
"INSIDE OUR BODIES, THERE IS A SECRET
WORLD. ITS INHABITANTS - CELLS - SUPPORT
LIFE. HOWEVER, IF OUR HEALTH IS TO BE
PRESERVED, OUR CELLS MUST MAKE CERTAIN
SACRIFICES."
As camera zooms in more into the environment and character
we see title of the animation.
LONG SHOT - CAMERA 1 - ZOOM IN
Undeveloped cell approaches the checkpoint - fog.

NARRATOR
"THE LIFE OF THE CELL IS A CONSTANT
CYCLE OF DEVELOPMENT AND DIVISION."
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - VERTICAL TILT
Undeveloped cell stops before the fog and looks at it.

NARRATOR
"THIS CYCLE IS CHARACTERISED BY
SO-CALLED CHECKPOINTS ESSENTIAL FOR
QUALITY CONTROL."
TWO SHOT - CAMERA 1 - STEADICAM PAN
Camera shows us undeveloped cell in the foreground waiting
to go through the fog, and healthy cell in the background
which without any hesitation enters the fog.

NARRATOR
"FOR A FULLY DEVELOPED AND HEALTHY CELL,
PASSING THESE CHECKPOINTS IS EASY."
Undeveloped cell finally enters the fog.

Camera shows us undeveloped cell in a fog looking around.

"IT IS COMPELLED TO RETURN TO THE
PREVIOUS STAGE OF THE CYCLE."
EXT. CELL'S WORLD NEAR THE FOG - CONTINUOUS

Undeveloped cell came back to to the beginning of the fog.
BCU - CAMERA 2 - STATIC
Undeveloped cell receives signal through its core.

NARRATOR
"SUDDENLY, THE REJECTED CELL RECEIVES A
SIGNAL."
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - VERTICAL TILT
VWS - CAMERA 2 - STATIC
Undeveloped cell looks towards the place where the signal
comes from, it locates far away and glows with blue light.

NARRATOR
"THE SIGNAL INFORMS THE CELL IT HAS A
NEW MISSION, WHICH MUST BE COMPLETED."
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 1 - STATIC
Undeveloped cell starts to walking towards this light.
NARRATOR
"SIGNAL CALLS THE CELL."

EXT. CELL'S WORLD NEAR THE TEMPLE - CONTINUOUS

ESTABLISHING SHOT - CAMERA 1 - THE BIRD'S EYE VIEW/ AERIAL

Camera shows us place which calls for undeveloped cell - a
temple. We also see other cells gathering near the temple.

NARRATOR
"OTHER CELLS UNABLE TO PASS THE
CHECKPOINTS HAVE RECEIVED THE SAME
SIGNAL."
WS - CAMERA 3 - STATIC
Cells with a red core going up the temple's stairs.
INT. TOP OF THE TEMPLE - CONTINUOUS
FS - CAMERA 1 - STATIC
Undeveloped cell ascended to the very top of the temple.
TWO SHOT - CAMERA 2 - STATIC
Undeveloped cell is looking at other cells.

NARRATOR
"OLD, IMPROPERLY DEVELOPING,DAMAGED
CELLS"

NARRATOR
"INFECTED, MUTATED, UNDEVELOPED CELLS"

All cells are standing in the circle, ready.

NARRATOR
"NOW THEY ARE READY TO FULFIL THEIR NEW
DESTINIES - SELF-SACRIFICE - APOPTOSIS."

Giant blue beam shoots up from the centre of the temple.

NARRATOR
"THE CASPASES ARE ACTIVATED."

NARRATOR
"THE CASPASES ELIMINATES CELLS"
The limbs of the cells begin to slowly separate from their
bodies and vanish. Only their red cores remain.
TWO SHOT - CAMERA 1 - STATIC

NARRATOR
"BREAKING THEM INTO PIECES"
LOW ANGLE - CAMERA 2 - STATIC
MID SHOT - CAMERA 3 - STATIC
We see cell's core transforming into an apoptotic body.

NARRATOR
"THE CELL'S CORE DISINTEGRATES,
TRANSFORMING INTO AN APOPTOTIC BODY."
Apoptotic body slowly hovers down and lands on the hands of
other cell. So do other apoptotic bodies.
VWS - CAMERA 1 - PEDESTAL

NARRATOR
"FINALLY, NEW CELLS ARRIVE TO ENGULF
THESE APOPTOTIC BODIES FOR THEIR OWN
METABOLIC ACTIVITIES."

FADE TO BLACK.
NARRATOR
"EVERY DAY, TEN BILLION CELLS ACCOMPLISH
THIS IMPORTANT MISSION, MAKING WAY FOR
THE YOUNG AND THE HEALTHY, AND THUS
