Social Issue: Men health Seeking Behavior

Issue: The doctor noted that mens pride often got in the way of their healthcare.
His male patients were often reluctant to come to follow ups and comply with
medication. Often because they viewed being sick the same as being weak
Intervention: To combat this, the doctor emcourages the females in these patients
lives whether it be lovers, mothers or sisters to get involved in the males health. He
noted that male patients did much better when they had someone to hold them
accountable.
