Hello Senuri and Liliana

First of all, we want to apologize for the first empty email. Oops ;)
But well introduce ourselves:
Hey Im Sterre, Im 14 years old. I live in a little village near Eindhoven. My
hobbies are dancing and playing piano.
Hi, Im Daphne and Im 13 years old, I also live in a little village near Eindhoven.
My hobbies are playing football, singing and playing piano.
How old are you and what are your hobbies?
We have a new school its only a few years old so the school is very modern. The
lessons are on atheneum level. Some subjects are very hard to do like
mathematics and chemistry. The subjects we like the most are drawing, biology
and IBU. We need to cycle 40 minutes every day to school but we really like it on
this school!
In the appendix we have a picture from our school.
Whats your school like? And which lessons are your favourite/lessons you hate?
How long do you have to travel? And do you go by bike or something different?
And do you like it on school?
Kind regards from Sterre and Daphne ;)
Dear Daphne and Sterre,
We are happy to do this email exchange with you.
Hey, I'am Lilina,I'm 15 years old and I am going to be16 years old this Friday 25th
of March in 2016. I've lived in a little city cellled Menton for 7 years, because
before I lived in Portugal. I have one sister, her name is Claudia and she is 14
years old. So my hobbie is to play football like you Daphn.
Hi, I'm Senuri, I'm 15 years old. I live in a city called Beausoleil. It's a city near
Monaco. I have two sisters and one brother. My big sister is 16 years old, my little
sister is 9 years old, and my little brother is 10 years old. I know, I have a big
family. My hobbie is singing like you Daphne. But before I planed the piano like
you.
We have a question for you :
Do you have a sister or a brother ? If yes, how many ? And how old are they?
Our school is old. There are lots of stairs.
(Liliana) My favourite lesson is Spanish because it's easy for me because is
similar to Portuguese. And mathematics because I like a scientific subjects. A
lesson I hate is history and geography.
(Senuri). I like mathematics because I understand all the lesson and I also like
English because I love the language and I understand this subject too.
When I travel for going to my school, it's so long because I have to take the train
an hour earlier and after I have to go on foot. So in all it takes me one hour.
Contrary to Senuri I put 15 minutes if I go on foot or 5 minutes if I go by bus.
All what time do you finish school ?
And how many subjects do you have ?
What do you mean for atheneum ?
Best regards from Senuri and Liliana
Dear Senuri and Liliana
First of all Liliana we want to wish you a happy birthday in advance!!
And secondly we want to thank you for replying the e-mail.

(Sterre) I have one little brother he is eleven years old.

(Daphne) I also have one little brother and he is eleven years old too.
We start every day at a quarter to nine and finish school at five to three. Each
day we have four lessons. In total we have sixteen different subjects. In the
Netherlands we have a school system with different levels. The lowest level is
Basis and the highest level is VWO. VWO means Atheneum and Gymnasium.
It is the same level but on Gymnasium you have also the subjects Greek and
Latin. As we said we are doing Atheneum level, so we do not take Greek and
Latin.
We learn four languages at school: Dutch of course, English, German and French.
Do you also have different languages at school? If yes, which ones?
Our question is; how does your school system work? And how many subjects do
you have?
We have both visited Monaco once. It was a very nice place. What do you like to
do or visit in Monaco? In the Netherlands we like to shop in Maastricht, Den Bosch
and Amsterdam. In Amsterdam it is nice to see the canals of Amsterdam.
You can also visit Madame Tussauds. it is a museum with statues of famous
people made out of wax. For example our king and queen are in the museum.
The Rijks-museum a museum with very famous paintings like the Nachtwacht of
Rembrandt van Rijn and the Zonnebloem made by Vincent van Gogh.
The Anna Frank house. Anna Frank was a Jewish girl in the second world war. She
hide in a house and had a diary. She wrote every single day in her diary. That is
what made her famous. You can visit the house where she hit for more than 2
years. It is very interesting to see. You can also buy the book that she has written.

Kind regards,
Daphne and Sterre
Dear Daphne and Sterre
(Liliana) Thank you Daphne and Sterre !
On Monday and Thuesday, we start at eight am and finish at five pm. On
Wednesday, we start at eight am and finish at eleven am (in the afternoon we
don't have school). On Thursday, we start at eight and half am and finish at four
pm. And Friday we start at ten am and finish at three pm. Normally we eat at
twelve o'clock but sometimes we eat at one pm because there are lessons
between twelve o'clock and one pm. We learn three languages : French of course,
English and Spanish, in France we have a school system with three different
levels. We are in the level called "Seconde" after this level , there is the level
called "Premire" and finally there is the level "Terminale".
At what time do you eat at your school ?
(Senuri) In Monaco, I like to do shopping and go to the beach because the sea is
so blue and so beautiful with lots of boats and I love it !
(Liliana) In Monaco, I also like to do shopping.
We never visit the Netherlands but it sounds good, we want to visit Madame
Tussaud's because we saw in Internet there are lots of statues of famous people
like Michael Jackson, Beyonc, Bono... And this so cool.
(Senuri) I like the team of the Netherlands in Football because they are so strong.
I like Van Persie and Robben. When i saw the World Cup of 2014 , I was so
admired by the game of the Netherlands, that was so great ! But unfortunately
Germany won the World Cup of 2014.
Our questions are : Do you go in Madame Tussaud's ? And do you really seen the
king and the queen of your country ?
Our sincere greetings from Senuri and Liliana.
