REQUIRED NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN THE FIRM:

The firm here is dealing with selling of dolly to the hyper market

stores(selective stores). So there is a need of employees in minimal number at

the initial stage. The recruiting process for the employees can happen in various

phases depending upon the requirement in the firm. So initially since the firm

is in introduction phase we will recruit minimum employees.

REQUIREMENT IN GENERAL :

TECHNOLOGY : ENGINEERS, TECHNICIANS.

MARKETING : SALES EXECUTIVES.

Engineers in order to handle the value added features to the cart which involves

technology like GPS and in installing the bar code readers.

Technicians are involved in assisting the engineers and come out with problem

solving solution in technical issues.

SALES EXECUTIVES :

They are required in order to market the product in the required areas .

Since we are need of engineers and technicians we will recruit them in phases.

PHASE 1 :

ENGINNERS REQUIRED : 5 -8 as required .

TECHNICIANS : 10 -15 AS REQUIRED

SALES EXECUTIVES : This is done personally by us since it would

incline/influence the customers in the initial stage and in the growth stage

depending upon the market , we would be employing the respective employees

for this post.

For now there is no competition in India as such as the technology involved has
not yet been utilized by anyone and so this can be termed as monopolistic. But
the existing carts that these hypermarkets own can possibly be a source of
competition.
