The concept of Big Five Personality Model are the traits
of personality which are taken from psychology. It is a
theoretical framework in which to understand general components of our personality that seem to be the most important in our social and interpersonal interactions with others. The Big Five factors are openness, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. Acronyms commonly used to refer to the five traits collectively are OCEAN. It is important to note that each of the five personality factors represents a range between two extremes. In the real world, most people lie somewhere in between the two polar ends of each dimension.
