The event will be hold on Sunday, 14th of July in 2015 .

b Time

The event will be conduct for a duration of 4 hours, which is from 6pm to 10pm.

c Venue

The event will be organize at The Youth Conference Room, Kuala Lumpur.

d People Involved

All of the City Bank 's employees that worked in Damansara outlet are invited to the

celebration of July birthday. The total number of employee involve in this event is 150

members. Moreover, 10 members out of these 150 members who are July babies, will be

given priorities to obtain a free seat on the vehicles to our celebration venue. Nonetheless,

there will be some surprises and special treats for them too.

e Activities

Birthday Celebration: A 6-inch birthday cake will be dedicated to July babies.

Furthermore, a drinking toast

Ballroom Dance: Dances will start after the birthday song is played. All employees are

entitle to participate in this dancing activity.

Lucky Draw: 10 lucky draws item will be distribute to July babies. Lucky draws items

are all the same but with several attractive colours.

Game: There will be a game zone in the event. Various types of games will be organize

such as play dalts, True or Dare and many more in order to strengthen the relations

between employees and others. Through these games, it not only will help to boost up the

level of productivity but also helps employees to increase their trust among each other.

f Performances

There are several interesting performances arrange in between the lucky draw sections. A

mini stage will be set on the celebration day such as dancing, singing and magic show.
