Itinerary
May 30
Depart from Earth at 7:00 AM (ET) on 3 day 2 night space flight. Free meals and hospitality will
be provided, any extra will cost money.

June 2
Arrive to Venus at 10:30 AM (VT) and arrive at dorm room. Breakfast at your own expense if
not already paid for.
Orientation at 11:30 AM (VT). Pilot will welcome you and explain trip itinerary.

June 3
Kids club orientation at 12:00 PM (VT). Kids club employees will greet the children with a
warm welcome! Club will not actually begin until 6:00 PM (VT) June 5

June 4
Free day

June 5
The movie Cocoon will be playing at the theater at 8:00 PM (VT)

June 6
Free day

June 7
RED NIGHT at 9:15 PM (VT). Please dress in fancy red clothing and come to the nearby theatre
for a fun lights and dance show! Menus will be provided.

June 8

Bring your kids for a fun day of movies and games! At 2:00 PM we will play the movie Aliens in
the Attic, at 5:30 we will play the movie E.T., and at 8:00 we will play the movie, Planet 51. Snacks
will be provided. Please alert us of any food allergies your child has.

June 9

Last night on vacation! Please come to the pool at 3:30 for a fun party day filled with games,
movies, contests, swimming, and laughter to keep you going all night! (Or until 7:3O, in our case)

June 10

Departure from Venus on a 3 day trip back to Earth. Free meals and hospitality will be
provided, any extra will cost money.
