refugee camp. Basic human rights such as access to water, food, shelter, dignity and adequate education are things every human being should be able to access including refugees. Refugees are displaced people that often leave war-town countries in search of a better life for themselves and their families. The journey is often dangerous and they encounter many problems whilst trying to reach their destination, in this case they cross the vast mediterraean sea to Lesbos Island. At Lesbos Island they are provided with basic care and medical attention. They are also provided with water, food, warm clothes, shelter and a sense of community. Lesbos Island is seen as the gateway to Europe, if they survive a better life in Europe is in sight.
