The status of cross referrals was reviewed:
Status of cross referral for ICTC to RNTCP- it was observed that at all ICTCs referral
were more than 5% except J.mukhi and dehra. Data of Nurpur ICTC, is not available for
the month of April.17. Rest of all ICTCs were appreciated and advised to maintain such
pace. Overall, referral of District Kangra for the month April 2017 is not calculated as
data of ICTC Nurpur is not available as no attendants was there from ICTC Nurpur.

Agenda no. 5 Referrals RNTCP to ICTC for the month March17:-Overall 99.6% TB
cases had their HIV status known, as against benchmark of 90%. The block wise gap
was analyzed; There was one patient gap in block Mahakal as said patient was bed
ridden and hailing from remote area of Mahakal told by block STS. The block wise status
and gap is a below:-

All ICTC counselors were advised by DTO Kangra to refer only chest symptomatic
patients to RNTCP.
It was observed that the performance under the intensified package in the district is
among the best in the state and all will continue to maintain the good work. The meeting
ended with vote of thanks.
