S- I am currently flexible enough to reach 16 inches on the flexibility test. My goal is to be able
to reach the 21 inch mark by the end of the 6th week.

M- I am going to stretch 2x a day and record progress in my workout journal

A-My goal is to increase my reach in flexibility by 1 inch by the end of the first week

R- I want to attain this goal because it will help me to move around easier in volleyball,
especially in big tournaments when I get sore after

T- I want to complete this goal in 6 weeks


Plan for success: My plan consists of a three week plan two times, however the time I hold the
stretch increases every week. Everyday for three weeks, a new stretch will be completed. By the
end of the third week, I will start from the beginning, but with the increased time. The objective
in this is to have each stretch get easier as I go on.
Social Support: Gabriella DiNucci is helping me in this project by encouraging me and keeping
me motivated since we both want to increase our flexibility together.

Plan for challenges: If there are barriers along the way, I will look at pictures of flexible people
as motivation. I will also set a punishment, if I do not complete my workouts, I will not allow
myself to have junk food for a few days.

Reward: Going to more yoga classes
