    I am applying for the supervisor shift position at NCG Cinema. I was made aware
    of the position by a coworker and I am very interested.
    I have worked as an usher at the NCG Cinema in Battle Creek since August
    2016. I believe that I am a hard worker and can proficiently clean theaters, monitor
    customers entering and leaving the theaters, as well as various other tasks that are
    expected. I am a dedicated employee, which is evident through my work efforts at NCG
    Cinema. I have developed leadership skills through my participation in Harper Creek
    DECA that will be useful to the NCG team.
    As a supervisor, I will help train new ushers and keep current ushers on task in
    the workplace. My leadership skills will be a valuable asset to NCG Cinema and will set
