WRITTEN ASSIGNMENT

Write a 120-word paragraph about an anecdote you had in your life. Describe the situation and
the events as clear as possible. Use these questions as a guide:

When did it happen?

What happened?
What were you doing when it happened?
How did you feel?
Why do you remember it so vividly?

Example of the beginning of my anecdote:

10 years ago, when I was living in the United States, I had a scary but interesting experience. I was
alone in the house because the woman I lived with was visiting her daughter. It was a very large
house in the middle of the woods and I was in charge of taking care of it and the cat, Hanna. One
night, when I was sleeping, I heard strange noises
