DEED OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS: This deed, made and entered into this _____ day o

_____, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNOR" -and__________, married to ____
______; and __________, married to __________, both Filipinos, of legal age, bot
h with residence and postal address at __________, hereinafter referred to as th
e "ASSIGNEES". WITNESSETH that WHEREAS the ASSIGNOR is the buyer of a certain pa
rcel of land including all existing building/improvements thereon located in ___
_______ covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. __________ of the register
of Deeds of __________ City Branch; and is the payee of a cheque numbered ______
_______, issued by the HDMF PagIBIG pursuant to the Housing Loan applied for by
the Assignor; WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to to assign all his rights, tit
le and interest over the check to be issued by the HDMF Pag-IBIG as payment for
the abovementioned property and the ASSIGNEES hereby accept the assignment in ac
cordance with the terms herein set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, as consideration for t
he property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. __________, which the A
SSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have been transferred to his name from the ASSIGN
EES, the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the ASSIGNEES, all
his rights, title and interest to the cheque to be issued by HDMF Pag-IBIG by vi
rtue of the Housing Loan applied for, pursuant to this Agreement and the ASSIGNE
ES by these presents hereby accept the assignment and agree to be bound by the t
erms and conditions of the Absolute Deed of Sale entered into by all the parties
concerned on __________.
