People say all good things must come to an end. Transformation and change is a
much better alternative. In the future, the International Indigenous Leadership
Gathering (IILG) will transform and become known as the All Peoples
Gathering. It will be housed in a permanent Arbour to honour and reflect the
wonderful progress from all the previous gatherings.

Exactly 18 years ago, in 1999, while I was travelling the world, the concept of a
gathering was born. The original idea was to bring people together to discuss eco-
tourism and its effects on Indigenous Peoples cultures, and communities. The
United Nations granted $10,000.00 in seed money for the Sttimc to host the first
gathering. As time went on the gathering became The International Indigenous
Leadership Gathering, and the subject of eco-tourism became part of a larger
agenda.

The International Indigenous Leadership Gathering honours prophecies from

Turtle Island, known as the Great Purification. Among the Indigenous Nations,
that speak about these prophesies, are the Hopi, Navaho, Lakota, Cree, Six
Nations, Mayan, and Inca who speak to a time when all the peoples of the world
will return to Turtle Island. After the Great Flood, which ended the Third World
Age, the Creator sent the three races, white, black and yellow to other parts of the
earth. The Red Earth People remained on Turtle Island awaiting their return. This
time period is known as the Fourth World Age of the White Buffalo. This age
ended on 12/21/12 in the West.
The Sttimc have a Flood Story along with over sixty other tribes of the
Americas, which some may view as being similar to the biblical story about Noah.
These catastrophic global events occur when one world age declines and another is
born. We are in that transition period once again, going from the fourth world age
to the Fifth World Age of Halw, the Age of the Golden Eagle. During this
transition, global events such as severe flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanic
eruptions, earthquakes, strange weather and wind storms will increase in intensity.
Ive written about these events in two prophetic songs called Mystical Storm
Winds of Change and Cycles Changing. The time period for these events to
settle down depends on factors like unity in diversity, the abandonment of all
prejudices, regaining our respect for Mother Earth, correcting the balance between
sacred wisdom and knowledge for all of the Creators creation. In other words, the
chaotic life we see today gross materialism, hatred, no regard for life, and a time
when the children will stand alone will only end when we are in more harmony
with each other.

There are two events transforming our Mother Earths climatic change and cycles
changing. Climatic change is chaos created by humanity and cycles changing are
the Creators way of correcting the chaos. This is The Creators Time. The Hopi
Prophecy speaks about the need for harmony between humanity and the Creators
creation as the remedy for a good and joyful life.

The message of the gathering, Protecting the Sacred, may also reflect the
Buddhist texts:

When people are happy and satisfiedgood deeds are promoted,

virtues are increasedthen everyone prospersthe weather and
temperature become normal, sun, moon, and stars shine
naturally; rains and winds come timely; and all natural
calamities disappear.

The symbol for the Gathering is reflective of our Sttimc Ancestors red ocre
rock paintings (pictographs), which are stories of powerful visions which have
been passed down orally through ceremony, since time immemorial. The original
pictograph may be depicted and translated in English as the Destroyers, meaning
us. We have forgotten how to live together in peace, and have equality between
men and women and what it means to be a human being. The symbol is that of a
face with one eye closed which represents the ending and setting of the 4th world
age, which began after the Great Flood. The open eye symbolizes the present 5th
world age. The people running from the 4th world age are trying to escape the
chaos and find peace in the 5th world age, which we live in at the present time.
Spirituality is progressive, all will be transformed and changed so that future
generations will learn from the past and bring in a new way of life with peace on
earth. During these transitional periods, all life goes through a great purification as
written about in the prophetic prophesies of the Indigenous Peoples of the
Americas. The eastern people write about these prophesies in books called Holy
Scriptures.

There were several sacred moments before the gathering was held in 2009.
There were lights in the skies marking the future site for the gathering. At one
point I stood on a grandfather rock and asked the Creator, Right here Creator?
That day I received an immediate reply. Later, as I was eating dinner at a local
restaurant, I happened to sit facing Swena7em Mountain and witnessed a major
landslide that eventually covered the whole mountain. The sand drifted east by the
force of a strong wind blowing south. It blew down over a hundred trees, marking
the site of the 1st Gathering. This answered my question, Right here Creator? The
trees were uprooted but not broken and laid down without much damage. Later we
held a pipe ceremony to thank the Creator for showing us the location of the 1st
IILG. Months earlier, the brilliant lights in the sky that happened prior to this
sacred event moved behind the same mountain and moved in the same southerly
direction. I later realized the rock I stood on was the perfect centre rock of a natural
medicine wheel. To finish the medicine wheel I had to move one rock back into
place to complete the circle. The formation of the southern and northern crosses
was also on the ground, marked by the same rock formations. When joined
together, one on top of the other, these two constellations form the Tree of Life.

In 1999 also received a message from the Old People that live in the deserts of
Australia to the Sttimc Elders, saying, The Old People in the desert know that
the Winds of Change are here. It is time for the Dreamers to respond to the
Dream. A Sttimc Elder opened this message at the Titqet Spiritual Centre,
thus sealing the future events, locally and globally. On that same day a cloud in the
shape of a golden tree hovered above the spiritual centre and a helicopter flew
over. The one that delivered the message said war. I reluctantly accepted the
message from her because I knew my life would change forever and it did.

I agreed to accept the message, which was sealed in an envelope on September 11th
1999. The message was opened at a pipe ceremony in the spiritual centre on
October 7th 1999. These dates also coincided with the date the Twin Towers were
destroyed and the date America would attack Afghanistan. This shows how the
micro will always influence the macro vice versa throughout creation. All is
connected.

The rainbow photos were taken over the location of the 9th IILG. Both
rainbow pictures (beginning of article) are of the same rainbow taken
from different angles. The rainbow is a symbol of the Sacred Eternal
Covenant the Creator has with humanity. This covenant can also be
personal. The Creator is the protector of all living things and, if the
Creator so wishes, the destroyer of all living things. The Creator has left
this symbol as a reminder that all will not be destroyed, rather
transformed for the protection of todays generations, and for those yet
to be born. Humanity does not have the power to destroy Mother Earth.
Only the Creator has that power over all living things. It is honourable
for human beings to protect the sacred for it is the Will of the Creator.
The Creator will allow human life to continue to spiritually progress. No
human being will ever know when all will come to an end. Only the
Creator knows that exact time. That time is not now. Its not the end of
the world, not even close.
Here is a thought for you The Creator is all everything and all nothing.
When there is all nothing the Creator exists.
There is a longer story that requires a book to do the story justice. I have
started this book but it will take some time to complete. The book is
