How to Use the Installer
Before Installing WinDr.

To install WinDr., you must be logged onto your PC as the "administrator" of the computer. Make sure
to log onto your PC as the administrator.

Uninstall WinDr. by referring to "Step 1 Uninstalling WinDr." below if the older version of WinDr. has
been installed on your PC.

Install WinDr. by referring to "Step 2 Installing WinDr." on page 2 if you install WinDr. on your PC for
the first time

Step 1 Uninstalling WinDr.

1. Select [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Add or

Remove Programs] in Windows.

2. Select [WinDr. for xxxx *] and click the [Remove]

button.
* The application name may be different depending
on the type and version of WinDr.

3. Click the [Yes] button on the dialog box.

WinDr. Is deleted from your PC.

Step 2 Installing WinDr.

1. Click the Install WinDr Download button.

The installer is started.

2. Select a language in the installer from the

pull-down menu and click the [OK] button.

The installation will begin.

3. The screen shown on the left is displayed if ".Net

Framework 2.0 SP1" or "MDAC (Microsoft Data
Access Components) 2.8 SP1" has not been
installed on your PC. Click the [Install] button.

* Go to the step 6 if ".Net Framework 2.0 SP1" or

"MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) 2.8
SP1" has been installed on your PC.

The installation of ".Net Framework 2.0 SP1" is

started.

* If an error indicates "The installation..failed. Do

you want to continue installation?" click "Yes" button.

 Procedure
4.Click the [Yes] button on the dialog box that prompts
you to restart your PC.

5. The language selection dialog box is displayed when

the PC is restarted. Select a desired language from
the pull-down menu and click the [OK] button.
6.Click the [Next] button e.

7.Click the [Install] button f.

The installation of WinDr. is started.

 8.Click the [Finish] button g.
The installation is completed.

Step 3 Installing the MIC DataViewer Program

To view data that has been downloaded from the machine, the MIC DataViewer must be installed on the PC. If there is a
previous version of the MIC DataViewer already on the PC and that version is version 2.5.0.1 or higher, skip step II-13 and start
on Step II-15.

1. Click MIC DataViewer Install

2. You will see the following briefly appear.

3. Next Click MIC DataViewer Upgrade button

4. Click OK to install upgrade.

5. Wait for installation to complete.

6. Click OK to finish
