Check whether any supporters are also potential reviewers as they

Contact reviewers with names of candidates to check if there are any
potential conflicts of interest (e.g. current or ex-employees, friends, etc).
Confirm reviewer pairings in line with any specialist interests of the
candidates as far as is possible, finalise the interview schedule and
include a timetable for the interview day - advise reviewers accordingly.
Contact candidates with interview details (date, venue and time) and
provide them with details of where to send their additional
documentation together with the preferred deadline. Request that
candidates acknowledge receipt of your correspondence.
Feel free to issue the Candidate Briefing Note* as appropriate.
Hold an interview briefing/training session at least two/three weeks prior
to the first interview/s to discuss the PRI rules and provide reviewers
with guidance. This should ideally be done face-to-face or via
conference call; however if this is not possible via email.
Provide HQ with a list of reviewers who attended the briefing/training
session
Stage 4: Conduct Interviews If a briefing session was not held previously, one must be held on the

Bring hardcopies of documentation listed as part of the Review Pack**.
Meet with reviewers a couple hours prior to the first interview to allow
discussion between the reviewer pairs and to deal with any queries or
concerns.
Following completion of all interviews reviewers to meet so that any
particular concerns or borderline decisions can be discussed before
finalisation of the Summary Report Forms.
Check and sign all Summary Report Forms to ensure that they have
been completed correctly and in accordance with the requirements
highlighted in the Briefing Note.
Where possible we would like to encourage reviewers to type out the
Summary Report Forms or at least use their best Sunday school hand-
writing.
Ensure that candidates portfolios have been returned to them.
Destroy candidate/s submission/s (Form M, AM or TM two-page
experience report, IPD Final Report Forms).
Stage 5: Send Summary Report Where possible retain an electronic copy of all Summary Report Forms
Form to HQ before returning it to HQ.
Summary Report Forms should be returned to HQ within seven working
days of the interview.
