2. Essential qualifications (As on 31 st May 2017) - Candidates should be Law Graduate (i.e.
LLB or equivalent professional) from any of the Indian Universities / Institutes recognised
by the Bar Council of India.
3. Professional Experience - Candidates must be enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council and have
minimum 10 years work experience (as on May 2017) post enrolment in the field of Constitutional
Law, C.P.C., Cr. P.C., Service matters / Arbitration Act / Evidence Act / Contract Act / Limitation Act /
Negotiable Instrument Act etc. in Private / Public Organisations, Financial Institutions or with Central
/ State Governments.
5. Job Description / Duties - The Consultant (Legal) has to prepare briefs / replies and counter replies
in response to petitions and to defend the Courts cases in the courts and attend arbitration matters on
behalf of this office, execution cases, service matters and to tender advice in all administrative /
establishment matters apart from vetting all legal documents / MOUs / Agreements etc.
They need to produce following documents, in original and photocopies thereof duly self attested as
proof of their work experience in the field of law:
