integration of a CRM software would be best when it is incorporated to the marketing. In this

section, it will be utilized and the software will be used for maximizing sales. The general impact

would be manging clients data, able to track sales as well as figures and mostly keeping

operations in a continuous working as a key concept to grow the business (Khodakarami and
