1. Red LED slowly blinks 1 time continuously. - Trap switch detect. Unit
powered up with back off and trap switch open.

Unit must be put in factory mode to clear. From standby, Menu, Enter
and Power. (Enter, Display, Power some units).

2. Power supply from parts dept. is different part #. Power supply is


upgraded with new # AXY1064.

3. Screen displays E06. - Remove AC, then power on. If still get E06, replace
power supply.

4. Unit shuts down and LED blinks Red or Green. Unit is in protection
mode. See bulletin SK-D03001 to diagnose.

5. Fan is always on. - Check connector CN5505 (R8) on RGB board.

6. Scan ICs are different. - Units originally had SN755860PJ. Units with
serial #s _ _ SS use SN755864APZP.

7. No audio from any input. - Reset media receiver by opening door, hold
down switch while powering on.

8. Unit shuts down, red LED blinks 5 times. - Replace power supply

9. After approx. 15 minutes horizontal white band . - Check R6020 on scan A


assy.

10. Alternate red and green box on screen. - System cable between panel and
media receiver unplugged.

1. Display says out of range. - Unit must have video card to use. Without
card only computer video input can be used.

1. Red LED blinks continuously. - Trap switch detect. Unit powered up with
back cover off. - Enter factory service mode, go

to initialize page and hold down display button 3 seconds.

2. Factory service mode. - From standby with remote display key, wait 4
seconds, then rapidly with arrow keys left, up, left,

right then power on.

3. HDMI input doesn't work. - HDMI must be inputs 1 or 3 and enabled.


Open user menu, select option, select HDMI input

select setting and toggle enabled/disabled.

4. No video inputs 1 or 3. - Check HDMI enabled/disabled as above.

5. Powers up, stays on but no video. - Replace X Drive Assy.

6. Remote doesn't work. - From standby with remote key enter, power and
select SR+ for remote or 232C for RS232.

7. Alternate red and green box on screen.- System cable between media
receiver and panel unplugged.

8. Shuts down and red LED blinks 2 times. - Replace Power Supply Assy.

9. Shuts down and red LED blinks 5 times. - Replace Y Drive Assy.

10. Shuts down and red LED blinks 9 times. - Replace X Drive Assy.

1. Won't turn on, green LED blinks 5 times. - Replace Power Supply

2. Power Supply is Different - Power supply is upgraded, Part # by 1st


number in serial #.0 = AWV2009, 1 = AWV2010

3. Intermittent Shutdown - Check LEDs on back. If D439 is lit replace


Digital Video. If D437 is lit replace Y Drive Assy.

4. Display says Temperature Warning, Please Shut Down- Check Sensor


Cable E27 on Control Assy.

5. Menu Items are "Grayed Out" - Unit must sense video at inputs for items
to be selected.

6. Horizontal band 1/4 of picture is bad. - Replace Scan Module that


corresponds to band location.

7. Pink or Orange Blotching. - Adj. Vofs and Vh voltages per Service


Bulletin.

8. Service Mode - On Remote on side panel from Standby mode push


"enter", "set" and "power" within 3 seconds.

9. Powers down when switching inputs. - Replace Digital Video Assy.

10. Bottom 1/4 of picture is repeated over 3rd 1/4 of picture. - Y Drive Assy.
