1. First try to understand the difference between walking jobs and referral base
d job.!!
You can search job in both way but try to more concentrate on Referral jobs.....
.its give you genuine call for interview genuine opening info genuine jobs.!
[[ Walkins jobs = hard work ]] and [[ referral jobs = Hard work but in smart way
]] !! ......Try to apply with your own genuine employee referece...!!
In walkin jobs for 1 opening 1000 people are attending interview....so is it goo

2. If you want IT jobs as fresher then don't concentrate on Naukri.com or Monste
r.com or Timejob.com ...as fresher u will get only non-technical profile info on
ly .....!
rarely you will get IT jobs info through this portals.........so better find mor
e n more IT jobs by own !!
3. Think more n more and ask yourself what u need to do getting IT jobs.....!! D
on't follow anything blindly..
4. Always try to learn something ..and Don't regrete yourself only in one techno
logy ....be prepare yourself based on company requirment.it will help u for crac
king interviw.!
5. M sharing JOB alert info just for giving info ABOUT openings in companies ...
..so after getting info please n pleasee try to apply with some employee referen
ce....applying direct in Link will not work.!
so better get info frm the job opening link then apply with reference that will
help u for getting calls.......!!
6.Try to communicate with your friends who's working in IT field...and ask quest
ion related your tech skill and clear your doubts..!!

Its my personal exp so sharing my exp with you guys......
What is BPO ?
Ans : BPO is Business process outsourcing . in that we need to support customer
problem.....need to solve customer query in convincing way.!!
We need to support customer in two way :-
1. Voice based
2. Non-voice based .
1. Voice based having another two category : In-bound Process and Out-bound Proc
ess .
In bound means : customer will call you via phone call and u need to solve there
problems .
Out-bound means : If some customer complained about some product then later you
need to call customer and solve . Or say like for giving some info to customer y
ou need to call ...that is called outbound process.!!
2. NON-Voice :- Non-voice means you need to support customer through chat or ema
il .....! In that same in-bound out-bound procedure follow....!!
So guys prepare accordingly .........!!
and excpt that be prepared following que......
1. You are btech guys having good technical knwldg so why you looking for tech s
upport or BPO jobs ??
2. You having good % so why you looking for tech support or BPO jobs ??
