    Bill calculation is the process of aggregating all the charges applicable for
    each subscriber on a particular bill cycle. For each subscriber the process
    calculates the recurring, non-recurring and usage charges, calculates the
    billing time discounts applicable, tax, bonus, late fee, deducts the payment
    made in the last bill cycle and considers the adjustments. The Bill calculation
    process supports different bills based on customer requirement for example
    Hot Bill, Interim Bill, Periodic Bill, Itemize Bill, Final Bill. Non-usage charges
    can be pro-rated or charged in full depending on pro-ration rules defined for
    non-usage charge.
