For the past few months, the Pence campaign have been joking around about

the turmoil landings. This past thursday night, this joke became a jarring reality as the
Pence plane slid off a rain-slicked runway upon landing at LaGuardia. This almosted
injected a near disaster to the presidential campaign due to the planes labyrinth.
Politico spoke with 6 confounding passengers, who wanted anonymity in some
cases so they could speak candidly. One passenger said with enigma, Coming into
LaGuardia you cant see any of the lights or any of the city, the landing gear is down,
you still cant see anything,. Another passenger said that as they were landing the
turbulence was landing when armrests began to tumble as the plane thundered down
the runway. Once they had started to land and were breaking harshly, passengers
witnessed that grass and mud were coming up the windows, like they were landing in a
quagmire. A passenger then found herself in a quandary because she didn't know the
endgame of the whole situation.
Then there was a smell. The smell of burnt rubber, almost as if a conflagration
was going to start from wheels. Without knowing the precariousness of the plane, Mike
Pence slid off of the plane without any worries
The cryptic damage of the plane was not noticeable until passengers were getting off it.
This plane debacle really captured the attention of the Secret Service as they
said Its crazy to think that weve been joking about this for so long, Secret Service
agents were unable to obtain their luggage after the bumping landing that can be seen
as an adversity and could have made a landmark. A new plane is being brought to New
York and he will be able to attend his schedule events on Friday.
