In Oakland, California a massive warehouse fire occurred last Friday as many

musicians and artist gathered at the Ghost Ship for a concert. This warehouse was a
refuge for many young and new artist. As many friends and family pass through this
tragedy many others have an indolent feeling towards this. Although authorities feel
stagnant they continue to sluggishly swept through the warehouse bucket by bucket
removing debris.
Investigators aren't acting sedentary as they are working to uncover any
potential criminal activity that may have led to the blaze. Alameda County have also
release the names of 7 people who have died, however the name of a minor was
withheld. This tragedy also took a turn for sheriff's son from Alameda County who died
in the destructive fire. The [lassitude]of a complete victims list fueled an atmosphere of
dread for some.
Many artist are struggling to comprehend what happened. Nicholas Walrath said
Artists are constantly struggling to survive in this city because were all getting kicked
out. Now many lethargic people, that witness this tragedy, are now facing the reality of
having to find a new hangout place as theirs has been destroyed while others have a
torpid feeling as they don't recognize the real damage that has left this community
impacted.
