Project Brief
Changi Airport had dropped to the number four Airport in the world in the passenger-
voted award system regarded as the industry benchmark. 6one5 was engaged to
develop a sales and customer service culture through training all 500 retailers including
5.000 managers and frontline staff.
6one5 Capability
6one5 developed a bespoke customer service program called Lets SMILE and
incorporated this into a complete change management program. The course was so
successful it was also rolled out to 11,000 police, back office and customs staff.
Outcome
