Customer complain about bad engine performance, MIL illuminates, TC

Complaint: P0303, P0300, P1300 or P0171 Fuel Trim System lean is stored. Fuel
adaption set to -30% in partial load.

Cause: EGR channel in the intake manifold flange is blocked.

Production:

Remedy:
In case of customer complaint disconnect the EGR valve connector.
If the problem disappears it is mainly caused by a blocked
EGR channel in the manifold flange.

Remove intake manifold and check the EGR channel inside of the intake
manifold flange.

If the EGR channels are blocked, clean with a suitable tool.
