EARTHING & LIGHTNING ARRESTOR

The Mysore Paints & Varnish Ltd., (MPVL) a Government of Karnataka Undertaking
registered under the Companies Act, 1956, and having its Registered Office at New
Bannimantap Extension, P.O, Mysuru 570015, Karnataka, India., here after called
Company, and the Tenderer (hereafter called The participant/Bidder/Supplier). The
company do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender and reserve to
themselves the right to select any tender or only individual item in a tender as may be
considered expedient to accept.

Tenders are invited for installation of Earthing & Lightning Arrestor from reputed
contractors and after the receipt of the Tenders, the necessary details will be verified and
qualified L-1 tenderers bid will be considered The Supply period will hold good for a period
of one month from the date of issue of order.

Terms & Conditions:

The tender should have minimum experience of 3 years and provided

satisfactory service and should submit relevant document.
Contract/Supply Order is not transferable to the subsequent sub
contractor during the currency of the contract.
Any dispute arising shall be subject to jurisdiction to the court within
the city of Mysore Only.

The Guarantee period shall be for 3 Years for Installation of Earthing &
Lighting Arrestor from the date of installation which shall include any
repair or spares replacement or the entire system as the case may be.

For preventive maintenance contractor shall send Service Engineer

once in every three months during Guarantee period.

Payment: The payment will be done after satisfactory completion of

installation.

The contract price shall be inclusive of Material & Labour done during
the supply and no additional cost shall be entertained until complete
installation and completion of work.

The price quoted shall be on F.O.R MPVL basis only.
