A link to an online survey will be sent out to all Gr. 7, 8 & 9 families at
the end of June, where students can rank their CTF option choices for
next year where students can rank their option choices for next year.

Gr. 5 & 6 students will be scheduled into a CTF Option Exploration

Wheel next year.

This survey will remain open until the end of August. RTA has offered a
variety of options in the 2016-2017 school year: Sports Medicine, Art,
Foods, Computer Programming, Outdoor Education, Construction,
Sports Exercise, and Theatre, etc.

For scheduling purposes, we need to know which students are

interested in taking Band and/or French next year.

Students who select Band and/or French will take the course for the
entire year. (Changing Band/French during the year is very difficult). If
Band AND French are chosen, no other options will be selected. If you
choose Band OR French then you will still need to select options on the
online survey.

Please check the appropriate box. If you are not interested in taking
French and/or Band next year, you do not need to return the form.

Otherwise, this form (or a brief note) needs to be either emailed to

rtalderman@cbe.ab.ca or returned to the office by Monday, June 26th,
2017.
