    Dear Parents and Carers

    Re: Year 7 Language Selections for Year 8 2023

    In Year 8, students study one language from the three the College is offering: Italian, French and
    Spanish.

    Recently, Year 7 students attended ‘taster lessons’. Students received information from the
    Languages Teachers to assist them in selecting the language they would prefer to study in Year 8
    next year. There are only 60 places available for each language. Students will need to select a
    first preference and a second preference. The lines and timetable structure for 2023 will
    determine which language your daughter will be able to study.

    All students will receive an online link and code by email to make their selections online. The
    selection form will open on Monday 5 September at 4pm. Students will have until Friday 9
    September 2022 to make their selections.

    Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Adelina Boray, our Language Coordinator, should you have
    any questions regarding the selection of Languages for study in Year 8 next year.
