Dear Parents/Guardians of Sec 4 students,

We welcome your child back to school for the last school term of the year. As we progress to Term 4, we would
like to thank you for your support in your child’s journey towards the GCE O-level examinations. As we begin
Term 4, please note the following information on school matters.

1. GCE O-level Science Practical Examinations and Written Examinations

The schedule for the GCE O-level Science Practical and Written Examinations is as follows:

2. Secondary 4 Study Break (3 Oct to 13 Oct 2022)

There will be a study break for our Secondary 4 students in Term 4 from 3 Oct to 13 Oct to support them in
their preparation for the upcoming GCE O-level examinations. Students need not report to school during this
period. They will revise their work on their own and approach their teachers for consultation if need be.

3. Graduation Ceremony on 30 Sept 2022 (Friday)

There will be a Graduation Ceremony for our Secondary 4 students on 30 Sept 2022 from 2.30pm to 5pm in
our school hall. The details have been sent to you in Term 3.

4. Graduation Tea on 14 Nov 2022 (Monday)

The Secondary 4 Graduation Tea is an event co-organised by the school and some parent volunteers. It will
be held on 14 Nov 2022 from 2pm – 5pm in our school hall. The details have also been sent to you in Term
3.
