Dear Sir:

I am writing to let you know about some repair work that needs to be done in our TLE
Room.

I noticed a leak in our classroom ceiling right after it has undergone repairs. I already
reported this matter before, but it was not acted upon due to some reasons.

As of this moment, the leaks have become apparent, whereby during heavy rains I put a
large basin on the floor to catch the leak. However, a large basin is no longer enough to
catch the leaks since it is already widespread; the water drips down even to the lighting
fixtures.

I am sure you will understand that this situation is causing us inconvenience; our goal to
come to school very early is diverted to sweeping my flooded classroom and cleaning
the mess on the floor it yields.

I am concerned that if this problem is not sorted out soon, more serious problems may
arise.

I would be grateful should there be a chance for the repair work to be carried out.
