This is to Certify that TLE Vocational Department has procured one (1) unit of Hanabishi
Water Dispenser in the amount of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty (P5,760.00) pesos from
its own fund (Please See copy of the Receipt). It is understood that said water dispenser shall
be for the exclusive use of the TLE Voc Department.

This Certification is issued for future reference and for whatever purpose it may serve.
