Policy Topic: Assignment of Staff/Instructional and Non-Instructional

Policy: The assignment of all instructional and non-instructional staff time shall be made by the
principal. The principal will consider input from instructional and non-instructional staff and
other stakeholders in determining the assignment of staff time.

Placement will be based on:

1. Teacher Certification
2. The teachers status as determined by the Highly Qualified Educator Standard
3. Consideration of request and the input of instructional and non-instructional staff.
