MINUTES OF THE MEETING

A meeting was held at SKANS School of Accountancy, F-8, campus, Islamabad today on May 25,
2017 which was started at 2:00 PM sharp till 5:PM in the conference room of the School.
Following was the main agenda of the meeting:

To review the old questions of QMS in the database.

To prepare and upload new questions in q-bank.
AFC lecture plan for upcoming session.

Conclusion:
During the meeting it was mutually agreed that concerned teachers of QMS from both campuses will
not only to review the old questions available in the database but also decided to upload new questions
in the Q-Bank as per following:

Faculty members of both the campuses will review the previous questions of QMS in database
and remove all the irregularities and omission/errors in one week only.
Every faculty member of both the campuses will prepare 15 questions from every chapter in a
week and will forward to Mr. Mazhar Yaqoob for final review. Hence, from both campuses total
questions will come to 60 questions. Once these questions reviewed by Mr. Mazhar Yaqoob
that will be forwarded to Miss. Mehak Iqbal for uploading in the Q-bank.

Further, lecture plan of AFC was unanimously agreed by the faculty members of both campuses and
signed the document for future compliance and implementation. That lecture plan will be forwarded it
to ITD to lock down and to the relevant teachers of both campuses for information.

It was reported that ITD had also been informed to participate in the meeting but none of the
department was present in the meeting.
