Applications should arrive NO LATER than closing date stated. Candidates are advised to make early
application as receipt of application before the last date of entry does not guarantee a place on the
examination.
Any candidate wishing to cancel or transfer his application either before or after the closing date will forfeit
their fee in FULL.
Candidates are advised to make arrangements for visas (if appropriate) before closing date for entry to
examination. If there is no Irish Embassy in your Country you should contact : Visa Section, Dept. of
Foreign Affairs, 80 St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2 for advice ( Tel : +353 1 478 0822 ). It may take up to
three months to obtain a visa.
Please note, the College will issue a letter for visa purposes, stating you have applied for the examination
ONLY when a completed application and FULL FEE has been received by the College. The Examinations
Office is not involved with any stage of a visa application and cannot enter into discussions with the
Department of Foreign Affairs on any candidates behalf.
