-Work with president to plan the event details.

-Assist president to distribute jobs to members.

-Assist president to monitor and guide the sponsor, treasurer and general affair team.

-Ensure all the team carry out their jobs smoothly.

-Provide feedback, advice and back up to the members to ensure their work done effectively.

General affair

-Book the venue for all the activities in this project.

-Incharge of equipment handling and moving.

-Do research on bookshelf price,size and type.

-Incharge of setting up all the things and equipment used in this project.

-Incharge of venue arrangement.

Sponsor team

-Find sponsorships for this project.

-Communicate with the sponsorship person incharge.

-Negotiate with sponsorships and review all the deals.

Treasurer team

-Incharge of the group money.

-Create financial report.

-Financial planning and budgeting.

-Record any transaction for keeping.
