As the one of SCORE CIMSA local, Faculty Medicine University of Riau proudly presented the

biggest National Meeting of SCORE on March 2017 which is called T-REX, Training of Research
Exchange. T-REX 2017 was held on 17-19 of March with 3 venues, Faculty Medicine University of
Riau, Angkasa Garden Hotel Pekanbaru and Desa Sungai Pinang, Kabupaten Kampar, Riau. TREX
2017, SCORE CIMSA was collaborated with one of Ministry of Health Republic Indonesia Campaign
was "GERMAS", with the theme is "Medical Students Role Through Research Training on
Tuberculosis In Implementing Sustainable Development Goals" members and the Local Officers of
SCORE is trained not only about Research Exchange and the things that support their knowledge
about SCORE but also about the health issue which the case is often happened in Riau, that is
Tuberculosis and make it become a Research Camp so that will make they have a ability to become
a good researchers. Not only training, we also have some grand lectures, and the small working
group.

In the first day, the delegates was picked up by our committees in Sultan Syarif Qasim Airport and
then they went to Faculty Medicine University of Riau to join the Newcomers Session by the
National Committee on Research Exchange as introduction and the explanation about the rundown.
And in 1pm we started our training. We had three trainings in one time which is 2 training for
members and 1 training about the Local Officers which trained by each position of NCRE, The
training for member is 1). SCORE Recognition by National Officer on Research Exchange ; 2) How
to be a great Scorepublic by Vice NORE for Internal Affairs ; 3) SCORE Project (Global Action Project
and Score Goes to Public by Project Coordinator; 4) Financial management and fundraising by
Treasurer; 5) Eksternal class (Publication and Relation Expand) by Media and Communication
Coordinator

And for the Local Officers is Administration by Secretary, SCORE Project (Research project and
project hunting) and Exchange class (Incoming, Outgoing, Database) from National Assistant for
Outgoing. And every training has their own Small Working Group and Ice Breaking. We were done
with the training at 6pm then we go to the Angkasa Garden Hotel for get ready for the Welcoming
Party with theme is Arabian Night. The Welcoming Party was attended by Representatives of
Governor / Deputy Governor of Riau Province, Head of Provincial Health Office of Riau, Rector of
University of Riau, Dean of FKUR, Lecturer of CIMSA UR Organization, and the other Student
Organizations' Leader. At that night we had a dinner with the traditional dance from Riau which
called by "Tari Persembahan" and some songs from the Acoustic group.

at the 2nd day, we started the day with breakfast and we get ready to go to Desa Sungai Pinang for
the fieldtrip with some buses. In the place the delegates divided into a several group which they
should interview one of the people of that community and educate them as group. The first session
is training from dr. Indra Yovi,Sp.P about Tuberculosis to the society and delegates. and at the
same time, we take 2 groups to go to some houses which the people there was positive
Tuberculosis. We educated them how to not transmit the others, how to use the mask, and how
to do the right cough, and etc. The delegates with some nurse from the community health center
gave the patient a few pots for their sputum.

After the fieldtrip we went back to the hotel. During the trip to hotel the delegates had some lunch
at the buses. When they arrived at hotel they had some Grandlecturers from dr. Indra Yovi,Sp.P,
and Dr. Zahtamal,S.KM, M.Kes. Then at 4pm they started the training again. After the training,
everybody came back to the big room for a session from NCRE, SCOREYOUTUBE. In Scoreyoutube,
the delegates was divided to several group and they had to make a dramas from a case that NCRE
gave to each group. So one by one was perform their drama kn front of the others.

In the last night in T-REX, we have a Elegant Farewell Party with Masquerade as the theme at 8pm
in the Angkasa Garden's Swiming Pool. There were some awards for the delegates, performance
from the CIMSA UR dancers and performance from the delegates. We end the night with some
dinner and take a photos.

The 3rd day of TREX, the delegates was started the day with breakfast and got ready for Social
Programme. Some delegates went to some culinary places and the others went to the famous
library in Pekanbaru which is "Pustaka Wilayah".

And for SCORE CIMSA University of Riau that was honoured for us to be one of history in SCORE
and we thankyou for all National Committee to chose us. See you again in Riau!
