The 1912 farm estate in the hills of Somerset County was once owned by King Hassan II of Morocco and
was formerly the estate of Kate Macy Ladd and Walter Graeme Ladd. Today, Natirar is a highly acclaimed
destination restaurant complex supported by a sustainable farm where the art of fine food is celebrated
in the beautiful landscape where it was grown.

the 12-acre sustainable
Farm at Natirar,
considered to be the
foundation and the heart
of Natirar. A Farm Team
member will help you to
develop an understanding of
how the farm functions and
supports the restaurants
farm to table concept where
guests will enjoy the farms
naturally grown bounty.
Prepare
At the Ninety Acres Culinary
Center, professional chefs and
instructors will share their
knowledge and passion.
Small groups of participants
will enjoy an unforgettable
experience with hands-on,
interactive cooking demos
and tasting of seasonal
hors doeuvres.
The venue is truly a one-of-a kind
custom designed facility that
was built for interactive cooking
lessons and private parties.
