Consignment Agreement

This Consignment Agreement made as of ________________ (Date), by

and between ________________________("Consignor") and Group 521, Ekspo Jualan
WUS101, UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA, ENGINEERING CAMPUS, 14300 NIBONG TEBAL, PULAU
PINANG. (Consignee)

WHEREAS the Consignor wishes to sell certain products ("Goods") on consignment and
Consignee wishes to sell the Products on behalf of the Consignor;

THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, the covenants and agreements herein

contained and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows :

1. Payment for goods. The Consignor shall invoice the Consignee for all goods shipped to
the Consignee pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Consignee shall pay in
term of cash/deposit on the day they get the goods.

2. Condition of goods. The Consignee will keep the goods free from any lien, security
interest or encumbrance adverse to the ownership interest of the Consignor, and shall
maintain the goods in good condition. Any broken goods are not returnable.

3. Price of goods being returned. The Consigner will pay back 100% of the price of goods
sold to Consignee when the goods is returned.
