MEMBERS’ RESERVED CAR PARKS INFORMATION Qpening Times The Members’ Reserved Car Parks will open at the following times: ‘AANI Vicioria Derby Day 7:30am Emirates Melbourne Cup Day 7:30am ‘Crown Oaks Day Sam Emirates Stakes Day sam. The Members’ Reserved Car Park Enclosures will close at 7pm. Members are reminded that, patron entry into all Members’ Reserved Car Parks will not be permitted after 6pm. Ticketing = Members and thelr quests must ensure that correct ticketing ie with tham at all times as tickets must be presented on request for inspection + Padasirian Passes are barcodes tickets and all Members and thelr guests will be required to scan in and out of each Reserved Car Park Enclosure. Members are requested to explain the above procedure to their guests, Failure to correcly scan passes wil result in refusal of entry + Members and guests arriving via vehicle to the Members’ Reserved Car Parks are required to have the relevant enciosure ticketing ready for presentation for entry into these areas + In order to register sttendance, VRC Membership Cards must be scanned through any turnstile entry point on course. Behavioural Protocols ‘Members are reminded that they are responsible for the behaviour of all uests they introduce into the Members’ Reserved Car Parks + Any person deemed to have engaged in behaviour that Is fess than satistactory wil be removed from the Members’ Reserved Car Parks and referred to the VRC Disciplinary Committee + The following ON THE SPOT PENALTIES WILL APPLY: “Underage persons possess/concume Iquor $78 + Supply alcohol to underage persons 81,866 Permit iquor to be supplied to underage person $1,886 ~ Liquor supplied to underage person on licensed premise $1,866 Dress Code = The Members’ Reserved Car Parks are Members’ Enclosures and Members’ dress regutations apply. General No beer barrelstkegs of any size are permitted in the Members’ Reserved Car Parks Umbrellas must not feature any logo or other branding Signage, inclusing banners, posters and any other promotional material is not permitted No flooring or hay bales can be placed in 2 Car or Super Site facility It hing equipment, Members are encourages to contact the Club's accredited hirer in a timely manner in order to avoid disappointment +The VRC accepts no responsibly for any equipment or property that you take into of leave within the Members’ Reserved Car Parks, All equipment and property must be collected by 10am t following day.
