Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients
1 tablespoon

plain yogurt with active cultures

8 cups

organic milk (full fat is best)

Instructions
Rub the yogurt into the botton of a deep glass dish.

Heat the milk until it begins to boil and then remove it from the heat. Let it cool to 90 to 100 degrees. Add the warm milk to
the glass dish, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 10-12 hours.

Refrigerate and enjoy.
