All members work together to implement the need for an electrical or electronic engineer in
projects that are being developed within the city. According to the performance of the
professional can be taken into consideration for national and international work in case of
being a CIEELAs member.

OBJECTIVES:
To increase the technical level of Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications
Engineering through continuous training and with the endorsement of Universities
and Authorized Institutions to grant professional and technical certifications.

PURPOSE:
The College of Electrical and Electronic Engineers of the Azuay CIEELA, is a collegiate
body that is in charge of monitoring the exercise and professional defense in accordance
with the "Law of Professional Exercise of Engineering" its Bylaws and Regulations.
