However, from recent verbal and informal feedback from the team members, it seems | ‘that there are some employees who might not be happy with the current strategies as they have highly criticized the accommodation, the night transportation, their menu and their leisure. ‘The above feedback has motivated the researcher to undertake a thorough research to investigate how the current HR strategies in place at the hotel are affecting the level of the team members’ commitment at work as well as their efficiency so as to determine the strengths and the weaknesses with a view to provide better satisfaction to the team members and in so doing they may feel more committed to their work thus creating a high morale, improve their productivity which in the long term can generate more income, improve guests satisfaction from 80% to a target of average 90%, | ‘Aim of this study: ‘The aim of this study is to assess the impact that current HR strategies at the hotel on %®_ team members’ pachiifpyayfy AY efficiency at work.
