This lesson plan was designed to be used in a Touch Football lesson where I taught year 8 students in my observation lesson and also year 10 students
in EDUC2058. The lesson plan covers Standard two of the Australian Professional Standards for Teaching from 2.1 2.6. The content helped to cover
the students topic for the semester which was invasion games whilst this selection was made as this was the next invasion game that needed to be
taught to the students. Further, all students were incorporated in the lesson which helped to showcase understanding and respect for all students
regardless of race, religion or gender. Continuing on, students were to engage in numeracy objectives throughout the lesson as 2v1 and 3v2 scenarios
help to increase player awareness throughout games when deciding whether to pass or run the football, this was also shown when selecting teams and
making even lines at the beginning of the lesson. Whilst the plan was made on computer the roll was also marked on an iPad to suffice 2.6 of the
strand.
