A youth is any individual within the age of eighteen to thirty five years irrespective of gender

or sex. The definition of youth varies. Do you as a reader think that youth empowerment will do our
world any good? The definition of youth id dependent of any particular nation or country as some
have the definition as lady or young man between the age of eighteen and forty.

But despite of that, the youth is the future because they will be the ones who will hold the
future generation. Our hero, Jose Rizal said Ang kabataan ay ang pag-asa ng bayan., but looking to
the youths today? I guess that statement will be only (BALEWALA). Why? First, many teen now are
engage to premarital sex or sex before marriage and become mother and father to those babies who
were accidentally form (tama bani) and sometimes leads to abortion, a type of mortal sin. Second,
many young people are addicted to drugs and other stuffs that are illegal and makes their lives
destroy easily. There are also many teens who are engaged to crimes and unlawful acts & etc.

To prevent this growing phenomenon we will conduct and teach them strategies that will
help other young people to walk into their right paths.

1. Self confidence Acrostic Narrative

Have students exercise self confidence by having them create an activity that can lead them
to think about their self-worth and the positive things they bring to the world.

2. I can be whoever I want to be

This activity empowers the young people to take charge of their lives and know that they can
do anything they put their minds to by looking at famous influential as role models.

3. Making a positive difference

Young people can experience fulfilment if given the opportunity to make an important
impact on their community.

4. All about feelings

Thus activity helps students with self discovery and understanding their feelings.
