1. Right to Information Act, 2005 as modified up to February1, 2011

This office has received many appeals under section 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005,
but remains in unsettled condition, because at present there is no Appellate
Authority to perform this duty. As per Section 19(6) of the RTI Act, 2005, these
should be settled within 30 days from the date of receiving of such appeals.
