E orquer| BULLETIN L-30'31t VGC-F TYPE WORM GEAR VALVE OPERATORS Hi Outline Valve Operators Type VG are worm gear drives designed for use as manual operators for 90-degreesrotation valves and various other devices. They are most suitable for ope- rating butterfly valves, plug valves, ball valves and dampers, Compared with conventional valve actuators, such as type H-BC, they are designed much smaller for manual operation. If it is necessary to readjust ((0) the stopper bolts after installing the unit to the valve, first adjust the stopper bolts and then lock({1)the lock bolts by applying screw-locking material, meter of worm wheel and installing the unit to valve. 2. Procedure for machining the inside VGC-F unit is shipped with the inside diameter of its worm wheel left unmachined. Perform the machining according to the following procedure without disassembling the unit.
