Dear Sir,

Complain About Open Burning in Your House Compound

We have received a complaint from your neighbour about an open burning you have
conducted on 18 March 2016 around 6.30 p.m. This matter has been brought to our
attention as open burning is harmful to the environment and the people around your
area.

2. Open burning can release toxic smoke to the air and therefore causes serious
health problems to the people. Moreover, open burning can also give negative impacts
to our environment. These include global warming and air pollutions.

3. We are writing this letter to request you to stop the open burning in the future.
We would also like to hear three suggestions on how to avoid the open burning in
the future.

4. We are looking forward to your replies within short time. Thank you for your co-
