    Subject: Reply to show cause notice.

    Dear Chairman,
    Assalamu Alaikum,
    With reference to your letter dated the 16th March, 2019, I intend to inform you
    that on 15th March, 2019, I had class with students of LL.M. program from 2.00
    P.M. to 3.00 P.M. Accordingly, I took class and came out from the class at 3.30
    P.M. I then left the campus at 3.45 P.M., because I had an appointment with dental
    surgeon for my dental treatment in the afternoon. So I could not stay up-to 5.00
    P.M. I am sorry for that.

    I like to draw your kind attention to the fact that I may be informed earlier if there
    is any program/function in the Department.
