Dear Ma'am
I'm writing to appeal the sanctions placed on our Bachelor of Science in Information
Technology course for 1st and 3rd-year college students. I've been complying with the
school's regulations and maintaining good academic performance, so I believe I deserve the
Alfredo Demetillo Scholarship at Our Lady of Lourdes College.

I chose this institution because I want to secure a better future for myself through
quality education. I'm sorry that some of my fellow students didn't follow the school's
guidelines. I promise to continue abiding by the rules to ensure my academic pursuits are
successful.

Also, I want to express my utmost respect for all the staff members at Our Lady of
Lourdes College, regardless of their position. I understand that everyone plays an essential
role in maintaining the institution's smooth operation, and I'm committed to treating every
staff member with dignity and respect.
